Harmony Optyma 3-in-1 Deluxe Car Seats

Issue:

Harmony Juvenile Products wishes to inform the public about a product update for certain Harmony Optyma 3-in-1 Deluxe car seats. While the seats were originally manufactured with the harness straps properly installed, internal testing by Harmony Juvenile Products identified that a user could inadvertently reposition the harness straps incorrectly on the splitter plate. Specifically, if the straps are positioned without covering the opening on the splitter plate, they can potentially loosen or become unsecured from the splitter plate.
